Human Resource Minor

The Human Resource minor is intended for non-business students who wish to learn about the areas that are pertinent to any Human Resource Department, including: employee benefits, 补偿, 招聘, 招聘, 培训, 评估, 激励, 咨询, 和管理, in addition to gaining an understanding of the regulations under which all these practices take place.

The Human Resource Minor consist of 18 credits:  MG 211 (Introduction to 管理), mg310(商业), 社会, and Corporate Values), MG 331 (Human Resource 管理), MG 341 (Human Relations of 管理/ Organizational Behavior), mg373(领导力, 权力, 和影响), PS 102S (General 心理学 II: Social Bases of Human Behavior), and PS 227 (Industrial 心理学).
